Quick pickup and drop off
Punctuality and dropping us off at our car
They had a special deal on covered parking which I thought was great. The bus was waiting for us when we came out of baggage claim. Very friendly folks there.
Friendly staff and they pick you up at your car. They then return you back to your car when you return.
Covered parking was crucial in combating the heat in Phoenix. Shuttle picked us up within 3 mins of our arrival at the Parking Spot. We received a convenient card that detailed concise, easy-to-read instructions, of where our car was parked and where the shuttle would pick us up upon our return flight. Upon our return flight, which was delayed and arrived after 10PM, we thought would create an issue getting a shuttle back to the Parking Spot. However, the shuttle arrived at the exact spot depicted on the card and it arrived within 5 mins. No calling them, no frantic searching for the shuttle, etc. I always use the Parking Spot and it's the same great service.
Good location, buses are always running great and drivers are courteous and professional.
