Ease of location
The shuttle driver went beyond his duties to help shovel us out from a snow storm when we got back from holidays . Also the lady at the gate was very helpful and courteous.
I like that the shuttle picks you up by your car and drops you off back at your car. The shuttle is right there,no waiting.

Very clean, great staff
after the last snowstorm, our flight arrived after 10PM. the shuttle driver single handedly dug our car out, cleared the windows of snow and was very gracious during the process including putting all our luggage into the trunk.

Great service, great drivers and never a wait more than a minute or two
The lot is not too far from the airport, so the shuttle ride is quick. The drivers can provide a card to keep track of your spot upon your return, though this is optional. You can also keep track of your spot through the app. And there’s no need to call for a shuttle upon your return. There is a designated pickup area. Just get there when you get there.

The van drivers are very helpful and friendly and the bathrooms are CLEAN. I love the ability to see where the vans are for pick up on the app. I'm an airline captain and we are offered free employee parking. I prefer to use the Parking Spot over the free option because I'm to my car more quickly with a way better experience. The free water bottles at the checkout is also awesome! Ten stars!

I was picked up right away once I parked! The driver was very courteous and a safe driver. Once we arrived at my airline, she unloaded my bag. On the way home, the driver was at the pick up place in about 3 minutes. He was also very courteous and loaded everyone’s bags. He dropped me off first! (Maybe because I was the first one on board?) I will continue to use The Parking Spot for those reasons and that it is so reasonably priced.
