The food is great. I love the malted crunch ice cream, but I complained yesterday because the ice cream had no crunch. I was given more ice cream, but that had very little crunch. On my last first and last visit there was crunch in every bite.

Our experiences at Lure are always consistent in quality, uniqueness, and service. The only suggestion we would make concerning our recent visit - has to do with one of the shared plates... the farro and charred corn - needed more char on the corn... there was little difference in flavor between the two in the dish. other than that - the entire evening was stellar.
Everything. I'm thankful I work right across the street from it. The skate sandwich, by the way, is extraordinary.
The food is always superb, however, our server, Will, made our dining experience outstanding. His knowledge of wine, well really everything alcohol, made our dinner so very special. We all tried something we had never heard of before Will educated us. He is a HUGE asset to Lure. Can't wait until our next visit, which will be soon.
The food is always delicious and well prepared. I usually don't eat swordfish because it dries out easily. Your swordfish was moist and flavorful.

I went to Lure that evening and I sat at the bar. The woman behind the bar immediately greeted me with a smile and took my drink order. After several minutes, a couple sat next to me at the bar. I waited for the male (lead) bartender to acknowledge me. He was at the other end of the bar near the kitchen for a few minutes doing something. When he was done, he first went to the couple who had just sat down and offered to take their order. The man sitting next to me told the bartender "She was here first," motioning to me. The bartender then provided me with utensils and a napkin and took my order. I was very bothered that the bartender did not address me first since I had been sitting for several minutes there before the couple sat down. It bothered me even more that the male diner had to tell the bartender that I was there first, and he did not notice that himself. I only ordered mussels and a drink. The mussels took very long to arrive (over 30 minutes) and just when I was about to tell the the bartender that he offered me a complimentary drink and he did apologize of the mussels taking so long to arrive after I told him it was taking a long time. I do not know if the bartender is manager or part of the management staff but besides him acknowledging that couple before me, my experience at Lure sitting at the bar was fine. The female bartender was very attentive. The mussels were very good, served hot, and very flavorful. Both of my mixed drinks were refreshing as well.

The food was great. We ate at the bar. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the dinner menu, and he gave us great service.
Your bartenders are always amazing and the swordfish was ridiculously awesome. I may actually come back tonight or early next week.

Every concept is different! All the staff are polite and no one seems to be in a hurry...beside all that, and most important the food never fails!!!
