Love the aquafit. Grateful to be able to rejoin to take part in this activity again. My body feels better after just a weeks worth. I will attend every morning that I can.

I enjoy the Active Agers with Grace Coulier on Monday & Wednesday. I started Group power. I have been shown some really helpful exercise moves from Gys. He know what can help me relieve sore lower back muscles and how to breathe properly during exercises. I like walking the track above the arena. I am looking forward to the pool opening and taking aqua fit exercises. I am slowly learning how to use the exercise equipment with Gys's help, expertise and patience.

We like the friendly staff and always clean facilities along with the ease of signing in.
I have enjoyed playing on the ice surface both competitively and pick up. I have also really appreciated the gym facility for workouts altho they have been closed or semi open due to to the covid pandemic over the past year and a half. I find the staff very pleasant to deal with and quite helpful.
