Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.The group fitness instructors are mostly volunteers. They are amazing instructors that volunteer their time so I can participate in group Fitness classes. My only suggestion is that you not schedule 2 popular classes the same nights, same times. Very reasonably priced for all.

we enjoy the skating and swimming when they are open and running. summer camps are a hit with our granddaughter and taking swim lessons when running.

I primarily use the gym only. I find it ideal for an older patron as it is quiet and seldom overly busy (Covid notwithstanding). I have had a number of gym experiences in the past including other Y gyms and I find this one ideal for my needs in terms of equipment and maintenance. Locker rooms are exceptionally well kept.

I like the Y because its a positive environment. the trainer theres a good guy, doesnt judge the disabilities that i live with, the other members of the Y seem to be fairly nice and patient people as well. I would love it if there were a bit more room to do stuff like sled pushes and maybe afew more opportunitys to do things they offer in the city. iv always loved boxing and been interested in wrestling but theres just nothing like that in small towns!... i had to relearn so much, had so much taken away from me but the Y helps me get some of the stuff i used to love to do back! the godrich Y is a great atmosphere, lots of natural light in the big windowws (im 97.5-98%% blind) its super clean to!

The facility is absolutely immaculate and well taken care of and you feel safe in the facility. There are so many varied activities which made me want to join the Y in Goderich

I love the music used in water aerobics
I rarely use the programs as I go strictly to the fitness room for weights and cardio training. I do use the pool for length swim but if I had to say what I liked about the programs and activities it would be The drop in basis, flexible and varied schedule if classes and no attendance obligations
