The ymca aquatics department in Goderich led by Elizabeth is truly amazing in so many ways. The staff body/ team is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. They have all contributed in helping my 6 kids and myself register and actively participate in their swimming lessons and have done so gracefully. My kids and i truly had fun going to the swim classes meeting new friends and families alike and enjoyed learning how to swin and looking forward to leveling up to the other swimming levels.
I would def 100% recommend this program and location.

I really enjoy the different services you offer. The track is one of my favorite activities. I also like the swimming when I'm able. I also like the treadmill and stationery bike.
I go to the Y for the aquafit classes only at this time. I like that there are great instructors and friends who also do the same classes with me. And I like that the class is early enough in the day to allow other activities to follow without taking up my whole morning.

Was just there for a goalie camp with my kid. Signed up for the week to kill time as she was on the ice. Staff and facilities were top notch.
Good gym machines, good pool, sauna, jacuzzr, ice rink, and helpful staff, all at the YMCA Maitland Rec Centre in Goderich Ontario.
Signed up to do aqua fit and have been very happy and impressed with the instructors.

Walking Track
It's just great exercise for all ages. Pool hot tub and sauna is a great mental health addition. A must to have and used in our town. Instructor very helpful. Meeting people and encouraging one another is a wonderful community spirit.
