The carpet cleaning was less than ok. No major difference, it smelled really bad after completion and several stains remained that were not addressed.
We had a different company come in a couple of days later. They removed all of the stains left behind by zerorez. Noticeable difference in the carpet and it no longer smelled bad.

The carpet took almost three days to dry with the heat at 70 and ceiling fans running. I feel like the cleaning solution was not properly extracted in the first place, leading to wetter carpet than it should have been.
I like that how great it pulls any stains from the carpet and leaves a clean feel.

Cleaning performance is one of the best in carpet cleaning. Combined with no-smell, quick drying and thorough cleaning, Zerorez is a solid, reliable company. I appreciate their ability to train and develop good technicians, who get in step with the customer, showing respect to both the family and the home. Corner plastic guards to protect my halls and walls, combined with the efficient set-up and good floor fans for drying are all pluses to the technician's abilities and wearing the right foot coverings.

My carpet had wet spots days latter. The carpet was not cleaned up to all the edges
Zerorez did a great job of explaining the entire process and then backing it up by being on time, taking precautions to protect my home, and cleaning the carpets very well. A great experience and I will definitely use them again in the near future.

The foot traffic areas did not come out clean which I was really disappointed with.
The nice guy who cleaned ran the carpet cleaner over the small (very dirty) rugs from the kitchen but you couldn't tell they had been touched. I guess they will need to be tossed. I am hoping that the large rug that was taken turns out much better. I won't be happy if it is not. I thought Zerorez was supposed to be the best. Not seeing that. :(
