I thought that Nick was very professional and helpful. He did an excellent job on our carpets and was well informed. He was able to remove a stain that hadn't be removed in prior visits. He helped set up our fans and communicated with us well. He is the best Zerorez employee we have ever had work in our home. I would ask for Nick the next time because I was so pleased with him professional and he was thoughtful and kind.

I was very happy with the results and with the hard work by my technician Nick.

One issue I did have, which I'm not mad about, I just wanted to let you know that the product that was used on our wood floors (maintenance coat) accidentally got splashed on my dishwasher and my stove. They are stainless steel and I can't get it off. I'm not sure what to use to get it off without ruining the finish. It is also on my countertops from the bottom of the jug of the product was set.

It appears the bottom of my cushions were not cleaned as well as they could have been. I found dried food stuck the bottom of one. Plus, while the furniture is cleaner that it was, it isn’t as clean as I had hoped they would be. Maybe it is stained permanently and there is nothing that can be done. I don’t know.

I think his name was Cody, he called before to let me know he would arrive at 8:30 and he was on time, explained what he was doing and got straight to work, did everything he said he would and was gone in about an hour. Very efficient and knowledgeable Would like to request he return in 6 months to clean the carpet again. He really knows what he is doing.

They were so responsive to our emergency cleaning need. Our job took two visits, and each time the technician communicated clearly what he was doing, and never tried to over-sell their services. ZeroRez definitely saved our brand new carpet. We appreciated the precautions they took to protect our flooring and walls from their equipment.

Absolutely wonderful! I filled out a contact form online on the weekend wondering how to go about getting a quote. The next business day I received an email from Tyler and a few emails between us, with questions and answers from both ends, he gave me a quote and ZeroRez could have been out that week. We opted for the following week due to our own conflicts though. I received a text & email follow-up and confirmations. The day of the cleaning Travis called and let me know he was to arrive in about 20 minutes, which he did. Travis was so knowledgeable, professional, kind & respectful of our home. He offered suggestions due to us having cats and prior cat stain/odors and all were within what we considered reasonable so went with those suggestions. He did our living room, family room, 2 flights of stairs with a middle landing, hallways & 4 bedrooms all by himself and it turned out beautiful! This is 18 year old carpet that's never been professionally cleaned and it looks nearly brand new! I am so pleased with Travis, Tyler & ZeroRez I'll be recommending them to my co-worker who told me to let her know how they are!

Our associate was Ray. He came out to follow up on a few upholstery and carpet spots from the original treatment. He was right on time, knowledgeable, very accommodating — wanting to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. He did an excellent job, was friendly, and also suggested other services zerorez offered that he though we might be interested in — hanging Christmas lights, clean and preserving our wood floors, and recommending a protective treatment on carpets and upholstery. We were pleased with his service, friendly manner, and excellent results.

Your tech seemed to be in a hurry, he rushed his vacuum not really giving time for the solution to soak in. Went real fast back and forth just one time over the area.
That was in the room we were sitting in. When he was done, it didn't smell any better.

I like the fact that there is no residue left behind, staff puts fans on the areas when finished to help promote faster drying, and is always so friendly.
