What do you like about our services?

I was with Kelly’s for years and after discovering Arrow had incorporated Kelly’s, I was concerned about customer care, etc. However, after scheduling the service and meeting the exterminator, I was convinced the service would remain at a professional level. I was very pleased with the service.

What do you like about our services?

To be honest, I don't have much of an opinion on your new venture as Arrow Exterminating but I loved Kelly Exterminating and was assured nothing would change. So far with one visit I am satisfied and hope to continue with Arrow. I have been recommending Kelly to my friends for years and hope to continue recommending Arrow. I love the local nature of your business and hope it continues. I love having a local number to cal and not having to call an 800number and talk to a computer.
