Information about what they are going to to will be explained to you. Once you get to your person that always come you will established a good relationship. They also say you can call them if you see something that needs attention after they have complete their treatment. I have never had to call them back

Our technician - Jeremy Sellers - is such a great guy! He is dedicated to helping us solve our current pest problem (with roaches) and plans to work with us until we get rid of them. Can't say enough great things about him and his work ethic!

Always professional, courteous, and listens to any issues I may be having and applies resolve accordingly. Thorough and complete services always given. Very helpful in scheduling service appointments to meet my needs.

Also, on the last service appt., I must commend the service tech for putting on booties over his shoes before coming into my house. That level of respect was very appreciated! Especially when you never know where their work shoes have been.
