Our tech was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond, and was so kind and respectful of our home! When we purchased this home about 6 months ago, there was definitely a “bug problem” that has driven me insane. I constantly clean, wrap up all food-I’ve even anointed my house and tried to pray these things out! It didn’t matter what I did, I was still having issues. It was honestly at the point that I told my husband I was selling the house and starting over! I explained this to our technician, and he assured me he would be extremely thorough, and told me several times that he would do whatever he had to do to help us. He pointed out a few precautions we should be taking with some openings he found, and assured me he was hitting every spot in my home. Since Josh (I’m pretty sure that was his name) came here last week, I haven’t seen ONE bug!!!!! As of right now, he is my favorite person IN THE WORLD!!!! We absolutely loved him, and I hope he will be our technician from here on out! If Arrow is serious about customer satisfaction, they will send replicas of this man to every customer! It sounds dramatic, I know! But I am FINALLY fully enjoying my new home for the first time since I’ve moved in! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! A promotion! WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO DO TO KEEP HIM!!!!!!

Great service for pest in and out. The next day after service saw dead insects outside on porch. Probably would have made their way inside eventually. Technician very professional and courteous. He actually signed my next door neighbor up for termite service while he was treating my home. Glad to get rid of service from company that has a green " T " on their trucks.

I was a little disappointed in response from office clerk regarding the payment of my bill. I wanted to pay one year in advance. Technician called office for instructions on how to do this. She quoted that I would have to pay the full annual amount of $440. She corrected this when I questioned about the 5% Discount for "Year In Advance Payment". I ended up paying the discounted rate of $418. OK, however I believe that she should have know that and it not be my responsibility to remind her of your rates. Just thought you ought to know, not good image for company.
But, overall very satisfied with Arrow. You doing my pest control, termite protection and now mosquito control.
