To be honest, I don't have much of an opinion on your new venture as Arrow Exterminating but I loved Kelly Exterminating and was assured nothing would change. So far with one visit I am satisfied and hope to continue with Arrow. I have been recommending Kelly to my friends for years and hope to continue recommending Arrow. I love the local nature of your business and hope it continues. I love having a local number to cal and not having to call an 800number and talk to a computer.

The previous owners, the Kellys we've known for over 50 years and have provided professional service through their employees and so far it seems the new owners are just as vested in providing outstanding service also.
