To be honest, I don't have much of an opinion on your new venture as Arrow Exterminating but I loved Kelly Exterminating and was assured nothing would change. So far with one visit I am satisfied and hope to continue with Arrow. I have been recommending Kelly to my friends for years and hope to continue recommending Arrow. I love the local nature of your business and hope it continues. I love having a local number to cal and not having to call an 800number and talk to a computer.

Brandon! He’s trustworthy! I’ve had Brandon coming to my parents house for years. My mom has dementia but she recognizes him. If I’m at work I have no problem with Brandon exterminating the house and yard. Being able to totally trust someone today is saying a lot about that person.
