In a word - relationship. Pat Clarke has been our “bug man” for almost 20 years. We originally had pest control service with Morris Pest and then we became Terminex customers when Morris closed shop. We were so happy to still have Pat! He’s always taken great care of us, he’s prompt to respond, very knowledgeable, very personable and we trust him to come to our home anytime whether we are here or not. He knows all the members of our family to include the pets. We have a relationship of trust with Pat.
