Haven't seen a single bug. The people we've met and talked to on the phone have excellent customer service skills. Bonnie, Terri, Renee and the gentleman that came out to examine/replace termite baits.
If I call the office they are VERY courteous and accommodating. The techs are always knowledgeable and kind. No matter who I have dealt with in the company, they are a pleasure to deal with. They never make me feel uncomfortable in any way. And I have no problem with "unwanted residents".
