Since this is my first, early on experience with Terminix it is difficult to comment. What I can say is that Tim, the service person that was our first experience, was great. Very easy to talk with, kind and informative.
I am still waiting on the carpenter ants to find another source of food rather than the cat bowls. We were treated on Friday and still have the ants on Tuesday. I think the carpenter ants are a whole different issue - all the retail ant poisons add a disclaimer for carpenter ants. But overall I am very pleased with my first encounter with Tim from Terminix.
