He calls prior to his arrival and lets us know if there are any changes to our scheduled treatments. He is very knowledgeable about all of the rules and regulations. He is courteous and friendly and goes about his business efficiently and quickly. He lets me know about anything around the house that may need attention so that I can follow up on it. That is very helpful!
