You notify us when a treatment is to be scheduled, then when we reply and the schedule is made, the technician shows up on time. The treatment has always been done is a professional manner and the technician has also always been responsive when we identified anything we felt needed special attention (such as ant activity in the kitchen). We have never had any reason to complain about any service you have performed for us. Thanks for jobs well done!
