I like the consistency in keeping the same reliable, well trained technicians.. The reason I left other providers is the rapid trnover of personnel. For instance, CJ knows about my pets, any particular pest problems I have had in the past, how best to work around my home etc. He is always considerate and listens when I have a question. Just an excellent tech.
The associates who provide services are always on time, courteous and helpful about answering my questions, and they have kept my home pest free ever since I became a Terminix customer. Specifically, we have had a recurring mouse problem at certain times of the year, but since we had the agent place 'mouse boxes' in certain places, we have been mouse-free. I appreciate the peace of mind this service gives me.

Having no bugs! Service has been for years. Joe is great. Had a new man come named Jason, received a postcard that they were coming on September 13th Saturday. This why we thought it was for the traps. Jason shows up and this is for the regular service. Outside and in. We were not prepared for the inside, since washing floors and cleaning. He did do the outside. Told us he would be back Friday for the inside. Once he got his schedule that day he would call. No call no show. We called the office and the woman said no if you do not have issues we do not do that. The reason for not giving a 10. We have two contract and we expect the same service we have received for years. Customer service in the office needs to be more polite .
