Inspectors are knowledgeable, friendly, and always come back to tell you anything they found
(or that everything is fine). When they arrive they always ask if you have seen any pest. If so, they pay special attention to that area.
We always have the same tech, Erich. He knows us, he knows our house and our history. He is so professional and friendly. I just trust him to provide for all our needs.

I think I did this survey earlier but can’t confirm it. Terminix is very trustworthy and scheduling is quite easy; plus, they all listen attentively and respond with helpful advice, and really want to help with any problems or questions. The office staff and other front line people are top notch😃as are the technicians I have seen. The overall I am very pleased!!

I am always reminded when it is time for my service. The person who services my address always contacts me to set up a convenient time (this time it was Josh). I never have problems with bugs and spiders.
My technician was courteous, friendly, diligent, and very professional. He was articulate and knowledgeable in answering my questions. He did not leave until he was assured that I was completely satisfied.
