The technician was prompt and courteous. He thoroughly inspected the the crawl space and the rest of our property. He gave helpful answers to all questions, including those about Formosan swarming termites. He offered suggestions for dealing with other pests in addition to termites. We have had the termite treatment for almost two years and it is effective.
Austin is my service tech. He always alerts me on his arrival so I can put my reactive dog up. Less stress on the dog (and me). Austin NEVER takes a shortcut; after discussing my needs for the quarterly service, he always does the pest control for what is in my home's best interests.

Last year about this time I had a lot of termite swarmers in my house I call Terminix and they provided me good service and treatment plan very affordable….a year later I haven’t seen any swarmers since then.

The guy that does our treatments is very nice and knowledgeable. He treats all the areas. We see many dead bugs usually when he leaves. We don’t even have to be here to watch him because we trust him and know he will do a great job!
