The service is very expensive - I would like to see a 'gurantee' or 'warranty' in case something happens not intended or expected. But, we don't have many choices.

Friendly expert and prompt
My service man, Mike, is courteous, thorough and very considerate. He pays attention to the little things that he sees and keeps me informed on what he finds, what I need to consider, and what options I have to fix any situations that may pop up. I would not trade Mike for any other Terminix employee! (Don't let him retire!)
