Everyone is so nice and informative. La Shonda at the office is a great employee with exceptional service. The only thing that I had a problem with ever was my last pest control visit. I don’t remember his name but when he came to the door my son answered and I said that the apartments and the house were to be sprayed. He only sprayed outside. I didn’t realize that he had left, so when I did, I called the office and she said that she would send him back to spray inside the house and apartments. He called me first and said my son told him to only spray outside. I was sitting in the living room when he came to the door and my son told him exactly what I said. I heard him. So that is what I said to him on the phone. He said to me that he would ‘confront’ my son about it. I told him that he would not confront my son. I also had to give him the key for apartment B because the tenant was not home and he did not return the keys to me. I called the office a few days later to ask about getting them back. He told the office that he had returned the keys to me. I had to get a locksmith to change the locks.

I had a very stubborn infestation of German cockroaches. Jason, the technician worked many days to get my house rid of those pests. It was not an easy job, but Jason stuck with it until the job was done and it took many visits.
