I do believe the service agent on 12/17/25 was confused as he said he originally placed the mouse traps in the garage. I distinctly remember the service agent who actually placed them. He also said Terminix placed traps outside the house but the traps were placed to catch Voles(which destroys lawn) and you don’t handle those kinds of pests. Maybe he was confusing this address location for another location.

I like my Terminix service technician is Brian Lindsey. He is reliable and does a thorough job during each quarterly visit. He also is respectful of our time regarding when he schedules his service visits.
I also find the price for my Terminix termite coverage and quarterly services to be reasonable. Increases have been minimal over the 14 years that we've had Terminix service our home.
