Did a very good and complete inspection. He debrief me on what he saw was good and made some suggestions for improvement which I have started implementing. He listen to my questions and provided a detailed explanation.

When I call they always have someone here fast.
The technician said he found no droppings or signs of rodents but put down poison in case. I live in a mobile home and I believe the rodents were above the plastic covering under the house. The day after he was here I no longer heard the scurrying and scratching I had been hearing under the floor.
