They are taking care my house since almost 5 years. It is a little pricy but they check your termite traps regularly without reminding them. If I see anyone of the pests they come right out.

It is very good & helpful. All the techs are very nice coming to your house. The only negative is one tech. said I had to move out most in the kitchen then he left so I got a new one. He said it wasn't nessary & I was highly upset. I had a time finding help & lost about $500 paying them.Many of my glass ware got broken taking out of kitchen. I have a memory issue & had other not so good things happened at the same time. It cause me a lot of anxiety & panic attacks to get that done & it was not necessary! Carlos is wonderful and goes the extra mile to help. If he is late for the next job it usually is me talking & asking too many questions. I do most certainly think the price is very reasonable what all you have done for me! I could recommend this company to others. Have a blessed Thanksgiving!
