Excellent technician!
My crawlspace encapsulation and dehumidifier done by Terminex keeps it between 40% and 50% relative humidity. Before it was at 80% to 90%. I had mold issues and a spongy kitchen floor that had to be replaced, out of pocket because my insurance considers that flood damage. Al at Terminix installed the encapsulation and it is working great! Thanks Al! And we don't have a bug problem!

We have used Terminix for 3 years and they are always professional, thorough and respond immediately to any emergency. Recently, we found a European wasp nest had settled under a balcony. They came out immediately and 4 days later we saw no activity. This is typical of our experience with Terminix.

He is cooperative in scheduling our visits at convenient times for us. He then arrives promptly! During our visit, Mike performs service with thoroughness and detail. He is great to address any specific issues we are having at the time. Service is excellent - We have no complaints!!
