Everyone was very friendly.

Good. The only recommendation I have is to put a wall or curtain up between the sales floor and the work shop. This way customers can't see you or hear you. I personally do not care but when I was there I heard some vulger language from one of the employees and my kids were with in ears distance. Also I could see the technician who was working on my kids bikes standing and talking to the other employees while we were waiting. I am not upset about this but some customers might get upset so some type of barrier would alleviate this issue. In my opinion though the people were super nice and did a great job. I was in no rush especially since my kids were checking out all the cool bikes.
