Knowledgeable and friendly staff

Everyone was very friendly.

Good. The only recommendation I have is to put a wall or curtain up between the sales floor and the work shop. This way customers can't see you or hear you. I personally do not care but when I was there I heard some vulger language from one of the employees and my kids were with in ears distance. Also I could see the technician who was working on my kids bikes standing and talking to the other employees while we were waiting. I am not upset about this but some customers might get upset so some type of barrier would alleviate this issue. In my opinion though the people were super nice and did a great job. I was in no rush especially since my kids were checking out all the cool bikes.

Perhaps one of the greatest customer service experiences that I have ever encountered. I came in a few times without realizing that you by appointment only at this time. No one sent me away and they gave me the best time and attention that they could.

The Bike selection fits most budgets but all are high quality, wide selection of accessories. Employees are passionate about the sport business and know their way around a bike. The service tech give me confidence that they will do a better job than I would preforming service on the bike.
