The gentleman who helped me with my daughters bike went above and beyond, whereas I was dismissed by the first gentlemen who went to help me. The younger guy saw my daughter and wanted to fix her bike and made that personal connection with my family.
My contact information was lost for a week but when I called the shop the work was done the same day. The work was very good quality.
I called during a busy time to purchase a gift certificate or store credit and the patience and customer service was excellent! Cannot wait to visit the store to get our bikes up to riding!

We puchased a Trek Marlin 4 at the Burlington County Bike Shop over the phone and picked it up later that day, We drove from Nassau County NY. Getting my bike overhauled was easy and quick. The free pick up and delivery service was a great perk!
My fiance and I had walked in and spoke with Jeremy in early May 2020, needless to say no may bikes available anywhere. However, the friendliness, honesty, and his refusal to sell either of us a bike that didn't fit our needs/ bodies was awesome. We loved this shop and plan on returning and spreading the word.

Charlie and Jim are the best! They are very knowledgeable and will help you in any way. Jim knows what my son is all about with his bikes, so Jim tells me what parts are the best! I trust their knowledge and honesty. Will not deal with any other shop.
