The staff here are very cool and very helpful. Dennis was amazing. I called and Charlie was able to get the bike I wanted for my sons 13th bday and when we arrived it was already and my sons surprise gift was something he will never forget. Not because of just the bike but because of Dennis. Such an amazing person, gave my sons some basic rules of biking, gave friendly reminders (the kind that 13 yo boys need) to lock up the bike, to use lights at night, to have a friend stay with the bikes when you walk into a Wawa
Just amazing stuff I remember awesome staff saying that I me when I was 13 and getting my first big boy bike. We need more shops like this in the US. Thank you for doing all that you do. This shop should be a model shop as successful bicycle shop should be.

I like the prices, customer service, and the environment of the place. I recommend this place to everyone I know who has transportation issues. Bikes and tires are expensive and accommodation is available. It's convenient for traveling and it's local. The hours are reasonable and the owners know their people. I came there crying about a flat tire on my newly owned scooter and it was a great experience. They have positive attitudes and very knowledgeable about what you need and want for all your interests. Riding a bike or any means of transportation is not a problem for these people. They are very reliable and respectful.

Fast, professional, great price

Very very helpful knew exactly what was wrong with bike turnaround time was extremely fast less than a half hour actually asked me if I wanted to wait. Pricing was fair and great service.

I came in with out an appointment to purchase a new pedal arm and nut for my electric bicycle, which had catastrophicly failed in flight. They had.what I needed and installed it for me on the spot, at a very comfortable price point. Everyone was friendly and helpful. You really couldn’t ask for an easier or more pleasant experience. This was my second time having work done at the shop and both experiences were the same. They are the best!
