Easy to deal with. Found the bike I wanted online, called asked a few questions and BCB was able to answer swiftly and accurately. Ordered the bike online and was able to pickup and walk out the door satisfied. Great experience overall!

Friendly service with knowledgeable professionals. I enjoyed the conversation about the repairs of an ebike between the repairman and a boy, who was accompanied with his Dad. The repairman was patient in explaining everything in detail. It appeared to be a fun and educational experience for all parties. Great job!
