When I first walked in the bike shop, I was like all man, I just hope they can help me out, and not try and sell me a very expensive bike, and that they have knowledge, not only about bikes, but about cycling as well. I had Dennis as my sales person, and he was just amazing. Dennis knew everything about bikes, but he was also a cyclist as well. He gave me so many tips about cycling. I spent $1,100 on the bike, and it was well worth it. The bike shop was amazing. Good people who know about every type of bike and who are cyclist themselves. So during this difficult time I'm able to ride and stay healthy at the same time. Thank you to Dennis and all the staff.

Charlie, you were great! Taking the time with us weeks ago when we were just considering getting my wife Chris a bike and explaining to us how I could also join her even with my bad knees by getting an e-bike. I absolutely LOVE my e-bike! Picked it up Saturday and been riding all weekend. You and your team went above and beyond for us. I apologize but I don't recall the other employee names. But the white haired gentleman was very helpful setting us up with all the accessories we needed and handling the transaction. Also very much enjoyed the tutorial on the bike rack from the younger gentleman who did a great job with the installation on my vehicle as well as explaining how it worked and checking the fit on the bike. I thought you all also worked very hard to find a bike for Chris when it was not in stock currently. Looking forward to receiving it on the 13th. And I certainly feel welcome to come back with any questions I have or bike adjustments I need. And you were able to convey this on one of the busiest days you said you ever had! Thank you for maintaining your level of professionalism and demeanor even though you had to be exhausted by the time we got there!

The young lady who helped my on Saturday morning was extremely helpful in getting my bike check is for a check-up and helped with selecting a new helmet.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff

Everyone was very friendly.

Good. The only recommendation I have is to put a wall or curtain up between the sales floor and the work shop. This way customers can't see you or hear you. I personally do not care but when I was there I heard some vulger language from one of the employees and my kids were with in ears distance. Also I could see the technician who was working on my kids bikes standing and talking to the other employees while we were waiting. I am not upset about this but some customers might get upset so some type of barrier would alleviate this issue. In my opinion though the people were super nice and did a great job. I was in no rush especially since my kids were checking out all the cool bikes.
