Fast bike repair.
We had an old, super inexpensive bike that we needed to have refurbished to use during COVID-19. Burlington Bike shop kindly agreed to repair this bike for us, despite the fact that they were SUPER busy and inundated with other work. Not only did they fix our bike in time for us to take it on vacation, they made MORE repairs than were initially planned, replaced parts AND did not charge us for it! It was a real kindness and we will now use them for all our bike needs, repairs AND purchases. THANKS AGAIN!

Great people that work there
During the pandemic we are currently in, many places are super busy which puts employers on edge. I came in with two bikes thinking I was just getting new tubes in the tires. But my girlfriends older bike needed more. Jim and one of the other gentlemen didn’t bat an eye! New front rim, new thing for the chain in the back and other adjustments right on the spot while I waited, didn’t treat me as a customer but better! Treated me as if I was family. Thank you guys!
