I love everything products and services

I am really pleased with my 3 wheeler bike. It is sturdy and easy to handle. My husband is contemplating getting one for himself. We are in our 70+ age group and maybe we will start a new trend in our neighborhood rather than walking, and running.

Service is impeccable

The employees are very friendly, some even remember my name. Their main mechanic was actually excited to build my new bike (it's a really good bike). And they also said any problems I have with the bike within the 90 days of the build, they cover repairs. Great service.

Amazing customer service

The customer service that I continue to receive is excellent they take the time to listen, and allow you to test drive your bike after it has been repaired to ensure that it has been repaired to my satisfaction. They will frequently come out into the parking lot to watch the Ryder to make sure the bike fits them optimally and if need be they themselves will ride the bike to make sure that it's operating as smoothly as possible. I tell everyone that the excellent service that I receive here and will continue to do business here

Staff friendly and extremely knowledgeable as well as very helpful. Readily took care of adding all accessories to bike I purchase. Everything in the store seems top quality. Received my bike 2 1/2 weeks earlier than promised during a time where it's difficult to get bikes without 4-7 month wait times

Good products, and attentive service

Friendly and helpful. All employees, however, should continually wear their COVID masks! Not the time to get careless, especially when the store is crowded like it was on 9/19.

Knowledgeable kind and courteous

Staff is great to work with. Very knowledgeable and personable, especially Jeremy, Jimmy and Dennis.. Nice selection in stock given the shortage of pretty much everything due to Covid-19 pandemic. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to buy or service a bike.

Everyone is friendly and has a good knowledge of their products and service. Repairs are reasonably priced and they have good store hours. Overall the best bike shop in the area.
