Easy access. Took only about 20 minutes for an oil change. The guys had good attitudes. However, the computer system needs updating. We bought our new Nissan Pathfinder last year in Columbia, Ky. Since we live in Glasgow ky we decided to just get the oil changes here. What I am saying is Nissan needs to update the computer system so that information can be drawn up in Glasgow. All information with Don Franklin should be able to go to one database. Just a thought!

I love that you have such a selection with all the various locations. Ralph Willis is an asset to any establishment though with his customer service. When I let him know the truck I was interested in he promptly sent for it from I think nichilasville. It was there the next day and had already been cleaned for showing. It was an easy buying experience.
