I liked the one on one attention we got with all of our questions. I like that you can bring the bike in for repairs and tune ups. You listened to what we wanted and gave us the model that most fit our needs and not the most expensive. My only negative is that we got floor models in which one bike had a scrape.

The person/manager that I delt with was very friendly. I chose this shop because they were the closest store that had the color and size that I wanted. One of the first things that he did was to let me know that he had installed a kickstand for no charge. A nice touch! I just love the Factory Orange on the Verve 1 Disc.

So helpful

They have a huge inventory of bikes right now and the willingness to get anything they don't have in stock! They seem to have full time bike mechanics on duty as well! I highly recommend getting in there and support the local biking community! Lets spend our money where we ride! Syracuse is great (I guess) but it's a long ways from riding the Wild Frozen Trails of Winona! Another thing I like is his display wall of helmets. He carries a wide selection; from budget priced entry level models to highly poitective models higher priced but still reasonably priced.
