I like that my older kids have the option of being dropped off to do some healthy physical activities. I like the open swim time. I like the childwatch and that I’m able to workout without my youngest hanging off my arms.

I am a swimmer. I like allthe hours available.
I LOVE the SW YMCA. I am 77 years old, ABSOLUTELY LOVE playing Pickleball - get to see friends and meet new friends. I attended Heathers Cardio Walk at 10:15 on Monday, I LOVED IT and she is so sweet and friendly to everyone! Also enjoy Cathi who does the Muscle and Movement class on Wednesday at 10:15. I
haven’t been able to go as much as I like for various reasons but need to work that out. I love to exercise in the pool.; did it once for the first time over a year ago, the water had tooo much chlorine; hopefully that has been taken care of by now. Would be nice to have individual privacy stalls with a place to sit to change out of wet suit. I realize that costs a lot of money.
I thank God for having a facility like the SW YMCA where I can get out of the house to keep my body fit and to make friends and have fun.

Your staff is very friendly and helpful. Always willing to help. The program that they proposed to me and my wife has helped both of us to lose weight and increase our strength.
I love the exercise programs
I attended Emily's Aqua Fit class on Thursday evening. It is such a great work out. I was also very pleased to see how attentive the lifeguards were.
love the instructors. Very good at explaining modified moves if needed. Love the music that is played during classes. Funny stories that are told. Like how classes change ever few weeks or months. Keeps my brain active. And I will keep going as long as I can move.

I've only used the pool. I really like it. Having a lane to swim in is very helpful. And not having to worry about running into someone on your laps is very great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
There's a class for everyone or you can work on your own and still have the ability to visit with the staff to answer questions.
There’s good variety for every level of activity. The Y is very inclusive for all!
The Southwest YMCA has a nice variety of programs and activities for all ages, along with a very friendly, helpful staff.

The variety of class offerings are superior to my home Y at Maple, especially in the area of aquatics ! The instructors are excellent: examples: Jackie, Rhonda, Honey
The cleanliness if this facility is evident. I observe constant cleaning, which I rarely observe at the Maple branch.
Staff is friendly and all seem to enjoy their job.
