love the instructors. Very good at explaining modified moves if needed. Love the music that is played during classes. Funny stories that are told. Like how classes change ever few weeks or months. Keeps my brain active. And I will keep going as long as I can move.
The people I regularly swim with!! I also like the lifeguard....Davis!
I've only used the pool. I really like it. Having a lane to swim in is very helpful. And not having to worry about running into someone on your laps is very great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
There's a class for everyone or you can work on your own and still have the ability to visit with the staff to answer questions.
There’s good variety for every level of activity. The Y is very inclusive for all!
The Southwest YMCA has a nice variety of programs and activities for all ages, along with a very friendly, helpful staff.
lots of different activities for all age kids and lots for adults.
The variety of class offerings are superior to my home Y at Maple, especially in the area of aquatics ! The instructors are excellent: examples: Jackie, Rhonda, Honey
The cleanliness if this facility is evident. I observe constant cleaning, which I rarely observe at the Maple branch.
Staff is friendly and all seem to enjoy their job.
Motivating and positive.
Friendly service, clean facility, and courteously helpful staff.
Love the Zumba classes!

Welcoming, friendly, teaches great lessons without a focus on victory.
Reasonable child membership fee. Fun sports programs with membership discount. Pool and rowing machine.
Great way to introduce children to a new sport. Coaches and officials are very knowledgeable.
I love how great all the staff are. My kids have been playing for the Y over 15 years and we absolutely love the atmosphere. It’s like a big family!!

Kiaja is my trainer at Southwest YMCA, Omaha. She has worked with me for nearly one year. I trust her guidance. Kiaja has earned my confidence. She has a good balance of professionalism and friendliness.
I am a retired senior, living on a fixed income. The investment to have a weekly 30 min. workout with Kiaja has proven to be money well spent. I can see & feel the results.
Kiaja is a valuable asset to my neighborhood YMCA.

Variety of equipment and activities are available
My kid enjoys basketball
I like to do aquatic exercises in the pool and the life guard sees that I have a wallet and he helps me out by getting the dumb bells he knows I use out for me by the pool. I am very thankful for his help.
My son really enjoys playing basketball through the Y. He didn't make the school team so this is a wonderful alternative. Love the Y!
Affordable programs and good organization. Thankful for this level of sports when kids don't want to join club teams but still want to play.
This is our first experience with basketball and I am very impressed with how well organized it has been. In addition, the facilities are terrific. Thank you
The basketball level is perfect for a first time player. Good coaching, good sportsmanship, and they have a lot of fun.
convienent,
It is just a great opportunity to engage in some physical activity for obvious health reasons, but as an added bonus it is a chance to meet some great people and enjoy the social part as well.
The whole staff at the Y are to be commended for their friendly manner and willingness to help
Open gym/basketball on Wednesdays. Bodypump on Wednesdays. Pool

I attended Emily's Aqua Fit class on Thursday evening. It is such a great work out. I was also very pleased to see how attentive the lifeguards were.
