The employees are very nice and professional. It's always clean. What I think needs to be looked into are the showers in the womens' bathroom. There's only one stall that is good. Another one is ok. Otherwise, the other's only have cold to close to lukewarm water. Women have to take turns if they don't want a cold shower. The good shower is when you walk into the shower area the one to the right in the corner. Hope that problem can be solved.
The swimming instructors with the kids. They have a great attitude handling young people! The front desk is always cheerful and greets with a smile.

I like the times of the silver sneaker classes and pickle ball. The Y has a nice selection of other classes also.

Small group is absolutely been amazing for my mental health but as well as my physical health. Kaylee does an excellent job of pushing me and holding me accountable. The friendship built in group have also been great.

They need to put a discription of the class on the app so you know what the class is about
The weight room is up to date, clean and the morning child care is top notch.
The childwatch is simple to use while we use the wellness center. The swim lessons have been great as well.

I live at 45th & Center in Omaha,
With my son Tim as head varsity boys basketball coach at Millard South High School,
my wife and I babysit the grandchildren in Millard. This makes the Ambrust YMCA
a great location while out west.
At age 71, I like to cycle outdoors and do upper and lower body workouts at the
YMCA. As a new member (late February 2022) I may look old but feel like a rookie
when using the machines. I would like to
take advantage of the two sessions with a trainer. Some of the equipment is a
little puzzling as to "Am I using this in a proper manner?"

Brichelle is an excellent instructor and incredibly patient with my children! Highly recommend swim lessons and the swimming programs.
The young ladies are so great! They keep the class in line but are great with giving attention where needed.
Easy to schedule swim lessons any time of the year. Teachers work with each kid during the lessons.

I love the classes on T-TH mornings. Candace and Bethany are so personable and develop different exercise routines so we don't get bored! They truly care about the class and the people attending.
I haven't been coming to the Y for sometime during the pandemic. I have been utilizing the elliptical machines and the matrix weight machines. There is a plentitude of these machine and I have my choice. The men's locker is always clean and there are always towels. It seems that this Y is well organized. My wife and I plan on attending a yoga class.
Everyone is friendly and nice. That's huge! I love the community spirit. It is very clean. Also huge. (go Debbie). The equipment is nice and new. I love the water! I love Tai Chi! I liked the March T-shirt challenge. Helped me stay motivated. I loved the Easter egg hunt. I even found an egg. Also that they have exercise classes for beginners and out of shape old people.(smile). It's a great place. I have met new people and a few that I know but haven't seen in years.
I look forward to going to the Y. I am happy that they offer personal trainers. I'll be looking forward to that in the future.
The pool is warm and large enough for different kinds of exercises at the same time.
I enjoy the Group classes. I wish Zumba was offered more than once a week Monday thru Friday during the day.
Your aquacise classes with Candace and Bethany are great, I enjoy them very much.
