I enjoy the silver sneakers but I do need to find out about using the other equipment that my insurance said we’d get help with for being members……just haven’t done it yet

I absolutely love Mary and Sara swim classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm! These instructors are absolutely fantastic and amazing!

Affordable, local community setting with something for all ages. The swimming lessons have helped my grandson improve every week and he looks forward to coming.

Wonderful class instructors! Anna and Heather make the exercise classes fun while challenging us to get out of our comfort zone. They do such a good job of choosing the workout music.
