Armbrust Y feels like a community, a family. From the knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated small group instructors and trainers, to the wecoming faces when I walk in the door, and every smiling staff member, these are my people.
I use the step machines and weights. The YMCA has a good selection.

Great staff and clean friendly environment.
For me I just like working in group activities. Hard to go by yourself and exercise. As a group you have other people to push you along. The instructors help you doing exercises the correct way. Hard to give it up even though I'm sore each day but still return for more.
I like everything about your Y. It is friendly, respectful, organized, dependable and as always, non-judgemental. The classes are good and worthwhile. I am blessed by your people and your facility. Thank you!
