I like how much you offer
I haven’t tried programs and activities yet. But I like that I can come anytime and jump right on machines that I want and I enjoy the programs do the treadmill.

Erin, Anna, heather and Brittany are all great. I love all the mossa classes and the structure of the layouts. Front staff also welcoming, gym is clean and price is affordable

Water walking
Line dance has been one of my most favorite group fitness classes at the Amburst YMCA. I believe several people going to this “Y” feel the same way too. It is sad that we don’t have that class anymore. Would love to see that class come back!

The Armbrust Y has a way of getting you to enjoy getting fit. It has great equipment and facilities, but the real motivators are the group exercise programs. They make it fund to work out, but most importantly you gain friends. They become like a second family. Don't be afraid to join! You will really benefit.

Wonderful class instructors! Anna and Heather make the exercise classes fun while challenging us to get out of our comfort zone. They do such a good job of choosing the workout music.

I really appreciate the affordability of the swim lessons. The adult swim instructor (Mya?) who taught level six on Mondays this quarter is outstanding. I’d love to see more teachers like her.

Great people with clean facility. Love to use the pool. Just frustrating the management does not open the outer doors to let folks out of winter elements until opening time.
