I like the deep water classes on Mon & Wed and Jenn's classes on Tue & Fri.
The water aerobics classes. Specifically the evening and weekend classes. Sara, Mary, Sue (sub), and Takako are all fabulous. The classes have grown so much!
I am a cancer survivor and my doctor recommended me doing exercises and I am interested in the water aerobics. Also having the pool is good so I can walk . Glad I joined.
The staff at Armbrust is first rate, friendly and helpful. Despite the high volume of people, I can usually find the equipment I need to use. The staff accommodates a wide variety of ages and strengths.
I attend the silver sneakers program and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had helped me with my mobility.

Variety
The coaches we have are always great. For this season and last. Everyone always tries their best for the kids and includes the whole team. It’s been a great experience for both of my kids.

We've really been enjoying swim lessons for our 4 year old. Kenzee has been a great teacher for my son this session. She pushes him to try new things, but is patient with him at the same time. I also enjoy yoga on Monday nights with Jen R.

This is our second season of fall soccer for my little one. It is well organized and I really like that for his age group it is just a one hour commitment on Saturday’s. That scheduling works very well for us.
It’s great for the children. It gives them a sense of belonging, it helps them learn how to work together as a team, and the timeframe is perfect. I like how practice is once a week and games are on Saturdays. This assures that it’s not interfering with school.
My teacher, Heather, is amazing!!! She is very sneaky, I am an old lady and I hate going to the gym. Heather is so good at her job that she tricks me into thinking I am having a good time and want to come back. I probably will actually end up in good shape.
