You keep the kids very active and going.
All staff we've interacted with have been great. I love when they don't have a show on the TV and when they encourage the kids to play outside, color, read or build things.

I go to the silver sneakers daily group workouts. They are well designed to get me exercising but not beyond my limits. They are enthusiastically lead with fun music in the background.

Being newly retired I appreciate being able to use the fitness center with other like minded individuals and it is not crowed. Your front desk staff have always been very kind and helpful in my transition from private pay insurance to medicare insurance.

We love the family swimming hours and have attend a group fitness class that was fun and upbeat!
I enjoy the Body Pump class and occasionally take a spin class. I appreciate the class time offerings for those of us who work.

The Silver Sneaker classes are very good.
The folks who work there are very knowledgeable and and welcoming. I have been to the weight loss group and Heather is great. Rob has helped me as my personal trainer. Other trainers are willing to answer questions I may have.

I love the classes and the instructors are always so kind and easy going/helpful. They go above and beyond. I especially like Zumba, Yoga, and BodyPump. I wish there were 4:45 pm yoga classes. I love the time due to being a teacher. I go to the 4:45 Thursday Zumba and Heather is the best!

The design of the this YMCA makes all amenities easy to access. Our family especially enjoys the pool, and the locker rooms are always clean, lots of lockers, ample bathroom and shower stalls. This makes it very comfortable for families. The water temp is great, not super cold like other pools.

I personally use the pool and it seems like many issues lately with equipment malfunction and not enough staff/lifeguards and so classes canceled sometimes half way through.
My daughter had a great week at camp. This was our first year doing day camp at Armbrust, and she was excited to go each day, ready to tell me all about what she did, friends she made and at the end of the week said that she'd love to do more sessions next year. We love having this facility as part of our community.
