The instructors are great! They encourage you and show how to adapt to the movements if you're not quite able to do them. The facility is clean too. I always feel welcomed.

Although it is always busy I’m impressed with the cleanliness of the Armbrust location.
Erin is the best bodypump instructor in the greater omaha YMCA area!
They offer a wide variety of programs for every level of fitness , and the instructors always provide options to use if you are new to a program and working your way toward better health.

I swim, so the pool is the most important feature to me.
I like the timing of the yoga classes and really like my instructor.  
I also took advantage of a fitness trainer for a number of sessions.

The facility is clean and functioning.
I really enjoy the water aerobics classes. Especially Monday Wednesday and Friday. I’m also very interested in some of the others like tai chi, silver sneakers, and chair aerobics. I’ve attended some and enjoyed them. I just need to start going more regularly..
