I am not in Maine except during the summer. You deliver my fuel as needed and there has never been a problem.
The people and their extra effort to give good service. Like today the service tech made sure the tank problem was fixed and called to let me know the job was complete and my furnace was up and running.

We have used DownEast energy for over 20 years and feel very well taken care of. They are timely and also keep track of when we need service and also a new propane delivery.
I'm submitting this particular feedback/rating on the basis of the recent outreach from Rachael S. (CSR). She is at this point the only person who has been diligent to follow up on my concerns AND rectify the issues.
She was also transparent & informative about the reasons for some gaps & deficiencies in service, much related to staffing issues. Understandable.
IF the rest of the company "teams" ever measures up to this CSR then Downeast will return itself to the good company it used to be.

I receive my Propane in a timely manner and the customer service is great as well as the people I have encountered.
I love the team in Brunswick. We have both propane and oil, and they ALWAYS deliver on time and perfectly.
In addition, it is easy to get in touch with the tea, and they are tremendously helpful and great to deal with.
Finally, whenever we are performing any work at our property that requires their input, they are quick to schedule site visits and help us solve problems. They work directly with our other contractors to ensure code compliance and it is greatly appreciated.
