I love the friendly and relaxed atmosphere at the Y. It’s a nice feeling to be greeted upon arrival to the Y, particularly when you’re greeted by name.
There’s a nice variety of classes and the instructors are knowledgeable. The Zumba instructor, Erica, is excellent. She puts so much enthusiasm and energy into her routines, making the class fun and a great workout.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. The instructors are nice and seem to enjoy their jobs. The treat everyone equal.
