Best place for the whole family to be active and have fun, as a mom I love the child watch option. I struggled so much trying to find a fitness center that has daycare.

The staff is great! The building is now renovated and new! The gym has new state-of-the-art art equipment. The group exercise coaches are nice, warm, welcoming & try to make everyone comfortable. The ambience is great! My kids love the pool, always going swimming while I join the grp exercise. Thanks Royal Oak YMCA for all you do!!!
