Everyone is friendly and helpful. Silver sneakers has great classes. The updates are beautiful.

So far, I have used the Y for only two activities. A few years ago I joined a water aerobics class, and found it very useful until a fungus on my foot forced me to stop. But, I found the facilities very clean and easy to use, and the class director very sympathetic to my having to drop out.

More recently, I have been using the machines in the individual exercise room. I intend to increase my use of the room in the near future. I have consistently found the machines to be clean, attractive to approach, and always in working condition. If I had any questions about how to use a machine, the attendant on duty was more than eager to come to the machine and teach me what I needed to know.

I have found the facilities always clean, inviting, and pleasant, and the staff always friendly and available when I needed them.

I like the silver sneaker classes. Instructor Joan led great classes and I hope she returns when child care permits. In the meantime I hope to join a morning exercise class at the Y.

The atmosphere is peaceful; the staff is friendly and helpful, and it meets 90% of my exercise needs.

I enjoy going to the YMCA because it's a place where I can mingle with people my age doing activities with people my age..

I like the in-person classes! Lynn, HIIT class, does a fantastic job and always motivates us. Brittany, Tabata, is great and keeps us going!

Early hours and sauna are my favorite things. The updated locker room is also quite nice.
