Great facility, people, and atmosphere

The staff are friendly, fun and helpful. And the facility is clean and assessable.

I have been a member for a very long time so whatever I do for fitness has changed many times. However, the instructors have changed or left or new instructors have come on board. But I have needed to try new ideas, new routines or ideas & that has worked out. And I am still there
and that's a good thing.

I've been a member of YMCA since 1982. First in Birmingham, since it was near our home, and for last 25 years Farmington Hills, which continues to support racquetball, has Don Sepanski organizing leagues, and good workout options. What I have enjoyed most is the Y members who have become good friends, and a dedicated and friendly staff.

I was a member long time ago and went to renew the membership. I had no problem and staff member was very helpful ,

It has the services and facilities that I was looking for.

Each YMCA facility is unique and is equipped with everything you could need. It also feels like a community, especially when you come back to the same gym or pool often.

I'm getting older, in my 70's and to stay healthy, I need to stay active. I tried joining other gyms, for example Lifetime, but I didn't fit there. At the Y the class I take caters to older people, keeping our body healthy.

My water aerobics teacher is extremely knowledgeable, the other people in the class friendly, and best of all, I am so comfortable going, that I willingly go Monday through Friday, keeping active, alert, and giving my body the exact stretching and exercise it needs.

Inviting and people are pleasant, facility is clean.

I specifically come to the Farmington location for the pool. I like that they offer large windows for lap swimming throughout the week and that there are several available lanes.
