The front desk service is first rate to address any questions or issues! I love the weight room and family fitness center which has all the equipment anyone needs and more. Why pay hundreds of dollars elsewhere when you can get state of the art, always updated equipment and free weights in a clean, safe and controlled environment? Perhaps most important and easily taken for granted is the family feel and atmosphere at the Y. I love it!! You can't put a price tag on that!

Silver Sneaker is very good! The exercises are great and it’s fun to see all of the participants!
I like Janet Pauly as a water instructor and the type of exercise she instructs us to do..it would be nice if she had more classes then just tues and Thursday. It has always been very hard to get in and out of the pool it would be nice to have stairs instead of wall ladder.
I love the friendships that have been fostered by the ability to gather safely in the pool. We have fun and stay healthy!
