Everyone is so nice and Helpful. I love it when they say hello or open the door or just saying have a nice day.

I like how nice the workers are up there and most of the members are nice as well. The gym may not be top of the line like lifetime having all the equipment they have, but when I been to the lifetime in Novi and in commerce the customer service was very bad and so many people were mean including the workers and members. I'd give this gym 4 out of 5 stars because of the decent equipment and not having to deal with rude people.

I enjoy all of the swim classes they have been very helpful to help me with my physical health.

The staff have been extremely accommodating. The facility is extremely clean and the new locker rooms are amazing!

You can make it even better in the following:
1. Water pressure in the showers is very low
2. Have a corner shelf in the shower stall for
the shampoo
3. Have a chair or bench outside for those who wait to be picked up
4. Have a chair at the track. You have kids chairs only
5. Have a stair option in the regular pool. One side only.
I have no complaints. The above are suggestions to make it even better.

I like the staff they are so encouraging ,the people that also come to exercise are very pleasant and friendly, I shall continue to come and exercise .

Ease of access to the Y.

"Cheri" was very welcoming during my first visit to the YMCA in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
I did a self guided tour of the building after registering to become a member.
Registering to swim in the lap pool was very easy.
Really enjoyed swimming there, very helpful lifeguard on duty.
