Very friendly and helpful staff at 5:30 am!
Has every I enjoy . Lap swimming with many lanes, indoor track for walking on bad weather days, hot tub on cold winter days plus yoga classes. Most exciting that my insurance pays the tab as long as you have silver sneakers.

Convenient hours, track
The Farmington Y has everything that I need to get a great workout. From the indoor track, to free weights, to exercise machines, the pool and the gym; there isn't anything that I can't do at the Y. Plus the entire staff is very friendly and outgoing, making my workouts that more enjoyable.

My Family and I just joined the Y, and it's been a great experience. The Staff are super friendly and helpful, they take the time to answer questions and get you familiar with the facility. Everything is super clean- the Locker Rooms, the Gym, the Workout Equipment, the Pool, etc. We've been going 2-3 times per week, and we've never had a situation where we couldn't get access to the equipment we wanted to work out on. It's been an awesome investment in our Family, as the monthly fee is so reasonable, and we are exercising and getting healthier! Thank you! 🏆
