The YMCA is the only plase that alouds a child under 14 to workout with the parent. It shows that parent is not a sit around parent, it builds for the future.

I like the Y very much. These days I use the Wellness Center and the track, but in the past I have participated in Silver Sneakers and a few other classes, as well as using the pools. I like the no frills approach and the very friendly staff and other members. Membership and staff are quite diverse, which is also a plus.

The employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. The locker room is exceptionally clean. I joined the Y mainly to swim and I'm very pleased with the pool and the therapy pool.

I liked the facilities in general but I didn't find good cardio equipment. There is a small track built upstairs but other than that, I didn't find much. I would like more cardio equipment like treadmills etc to be put up
